Dr. Esposito is an area native, graduating from Connellsville Area High School. Majoring in French and chemistry she graduated Cum Laude from Washington & Jefferson College. Dr. Esposito is a graduate from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, and she completed her residency at the Medical Center, Beaver. She has practiced family medicine in the Fay-West area since 2005. Since 2006, she has been the TB clinician in the Commonwealth, covering six counties. She is currently certified with the American Board of Family Medicine and the National Registry of Certified Medical Examiners. In addition to being a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, Pennsylvania Osteopathic Medical Association, Pennsylvania Academy of Family Physicians, and Pennsylvania Osteopathic Family Physician Society, she is continuing to work closely with Independence Health as a member of the medical staff. Rachel is also a former member of the Corporate Health Solutions Wellness Team. When not at work, she loves spending time with her two sons, Nicholas and Dominic, her husband Frank, and their sheepadoodle, Dixie.
Amy grew up in North Huntingdon and graduated from Norwin High School. She attended the Seton Hill University Physician Assistant program where she obtained her Master’s degree. She practiced in pain management for 15 years before joining Dr. Esposito in 2019. She is currently certified through the National Commission on Certification of

Hannah Erdely is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care to patients of all ages. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Wheeling Jesuit University and went on to complete her Master of Science in Nursing – Family Nurse Practitioner program at Duquesne University.

She is certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and is an active member of the organization.
With a strong commitment to promoting wellness and preventive care, Hannah values building long-term relationships with her patients and helping them achieve their health goals through personalized care plans.
Outside of the office, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband and three children. An outdoor enthusiast, she loves working out, skiing, and making the most of nature with her family.
Trisha grew up in Alverton and graduated from Southmoreland High School in 1986, followed by ICM School for Business in the medical assisting program in 1987.She has been married for 22 years to her husband Errol and they have one son, Mark who is 18 and a senior as Southmoreland High School. Trisha most recently was employed for 2 years

Trisha most recently was employed for 2 years by the VA Primary Care Clinic in Greensburg as an administrative assistant. Before that she worked with Dr. Esposito in the Mt. Pleasant and Scottdale areas.
Trisha's hobbies include reading, watching old movies, and antique shopping BUT most of all she loves to watch her son play baseball for the Southmoreland Scotties, Fayette Force Travel Team, Mt. Pleasant Legion Baseball, or the Edge Hurricane Travel Team.
Trisha is very happy and grateful to be given the opportunity to work for and manage Dr. Esposito's Medical Practice.
